Asbestos Removal

Lead Abatement
Phase 1 Restoration Inc. provides lead paint remediation services for commercial and residential properties utilizing state of the art equipment and removal methods in accordance with USEPA, City, State, and OSHA guidelines. We are often called upon to perfect protects when other contractors have railed to reach acceptable clearance levels.
Inspections for NYC and Long Island
When planning a renovation, demolition, or any other work that could affect suspect material, a certified asbestos inspector must conduct an onsite evaluation
ACP-5 and Affidavits
In accordance with rules and regulations of the NYC DEP, applicants must present an Asbestos Exemption Certification to the Department of Buildings (DOB) prior to any renovation or demolition work. This is required for any of the 5 boroughs in the form of an ACP-5. For Nassau and Suffolk County, towns and villages will require an Affidavit of Absence of Asbestos for any demolition work. Once we confirm that the intended workspace is free and clear of any asbestos containing material A.C.M. we can then provide the required forms.
